Many people have a head full of white hair at a young age, which makes us feel very unconfident. Gray hair can be congenital or acquired. Especially for hereditary gray hair, we must take good prevention measures, eat a proper diet, get enough rest, and have the correct way to wash our hair.

1. Adjust your diet to ensure adequate nutrition. Eat more foods that are high in protein and vitamins, such as milk, eggs, lean meat, fish, beans, seafood, fresh vegetables and fruits.

2. Washing your hair properly is good for your health
