Symptoms of spleen deficiency and water retention include dull complexion, fatigue, mild edema, but it lasts for a long time, and there may also be poor appetite, nausea, loose stools, a fat tongue with teeth marks, a white and slippery tongue coating, and a deep and fine pulse. Treatment: Strengthen the spleen, transform qi and promote water circulation. Optional: any one of Shenling Baizhu Pills, Qipi Pills, Shenyanshu Pills, etc. can be taken together with Weiling Pills. 4. Symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency include fear of cold and cold limbs, pale complexion, soreness of waist and knees, sexual dysfunction, obvious edema, especially in the lower body, fatigue, poor appetite, loose stools, pale and fat tongue with teeth marks, and slow and weak pulse.
