What kind of tea is good for myocardial ischemia?

People with myocardial ischemia should pay more attention to their daily diet choices. They can drink some tea because it can play a certain regulatory role. For example, hawthorn lotus leaf tea, chrysanthemum, oolong tea and lotus heart tea are more suitable.

1. Hawthorn lotus leaf tea

Hawthorn can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, while lotus leaves can dilate blood vessels. This tea is very beneficial for patients with hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Take 30 grams of hawthorn and 12 grams of lotus leaves every day, add 500 ml of water, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, remove the residue and take the juice as tea.

2. Chrysanthemum Oolong Tea

Chrysanthemum can dilate coronary arteries, and tea can enhance the toughness and elasticity of blood vessels. This tea is effective in preventing and treating hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerosis. Take 10 grams of chrysanthemum and 3 grams of oolong tea (or Longjing tea) every day, and brew them with boiling water.

3. Lotus Heart Tea

Lotus seeds can lower blood pressure, and drinking lotus seed tea regularly is very beneficial for patients with hypertension. Take 6 grams of lotus seeds each time, brew with boiling water and drink it, once in the morning and once in the evening.

4. Persimmon Leaf Tea

Persimmon leaves are rich in vitamin C, rutin and choline, and have good health care and preventive and therapeutic effects on patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia. Take 30 grams of fresh persimmon leaves (or 15 grams of dried persimmon leaves), brew with boiling water for a while, add a small amount of white sugar and drink.

5. Tianqi Danshen Tea

Both medicines can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and have a good preventive and therapeutic effect on angina pectoris and other diseases. Dissolve one packet of powder in boiling water and drink it three times a day.
