Common causes of low back pain fall into two categories:

1. Kidney disease

When the kidney capsule is damaged, it causes pain. The pain can be caused by the following three situations:

3. Stones, blood clots, or necrotic tissue shed during renal tuberculosis, renal tumors, or renal papillary necrosis form lumps that block the urinary tract and cause pain.

2. Extrarenal Diseases

Such as lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation, contusion, sprain and other local injuries caused by bleeding, edema, adhesion and muscle spasm. In addition, pain caused by spinal cord and spinal nerve diseases such as spinal cord tumors, myelitis, etc. In addition, pain caused by diseases of other internal organs, such as diseases of the uterus and its appendages, pancreatitis, tumors, etc., can all cause lumbar pain.

It is not difficult to find the cause of low back pain. You just need to do a routine urine test, because most kidney diseases can cause abnormal urine. If conditions permit, you can also undergo urinary B-ultrasound and renal function tests. If there are no abnormalities, it can prove that there is no kidney disease.
