How to treat myocardial hypertrophy?

People cannot take heart health lightly, because the function of the heart is irreplaceable. Generally, heart problems are life-threatening issues. For example, heart failure, myocardial infarction, myocarditis, myocardial hypertrophy, etc. are all heart diseases with fatal effects. Among them, myocardial hypertrophy is relatively better and has a lower probability of directly causing patient death, but people should not relax their vigilance. When symptoms of myocardial hypertrophy appear, treatment should be slowly administered until the symptoms are relieved. Below is an explanation of how to treat myocardial hypertrophy.

First, diuretic treatment can reduce the patient's heart burden. Some diuretics can be used. For severe patients, some furosemide can be used to reduce the patient's heart burden.

Second, the use of some vasodilator drugs is also to reduce the burden on the heart. The most commonly used drugs of this type are angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) and angiotensin-converting enzyme receptor inhibitors (ARB).

Third, when suffering from heart failure, patients will also have some neurological and endocrine problems, which will cause excessive secretion of some hormones. Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin converting enzyme receptor inhibitors can relieve this symptom. When angiotensin-renin is secreted excessively, this converting enzyme can counteract its effects. This type of drug is a basic drug for the treatment of heart failure.

Fourth, at the same time, if the patient has coronary heart disease or his hemodynamic condition is not stable, he can also be given some nitrates, such as isosorbide dinitrate. This type of drug can have some vasodilation effect.

Fifth, use beta-receptor blockers. This type of drug can be used to inhibit the sympathetic nerves or angiotensin, renin angiotensin, and at the same time reduce the heart's oxygen consumption. Long-term use can improve heart function, which has been proven by many experiments. Conversion enzyme inhibitors, conversion enzyme receptor inhibitors and beta-blockers are one of the timely drug preparations for the treatment of heart failure and are very important.

Sixth, cardiotonic drugs can be used for more seriously ill patients, the most commonly used of which is digoxin. For example, lipid-regulating drugs such as statins can improve patients' prognosis. Of course, in addition to medication, I personally think that paying attention to life is still very important, and we should focus on life management.
