What causes weak knees?

People need to walk every day, and the knee, as a joint in the human body that bears a huge amount of weight, is very prone to some adverse conditions. Some people easily feel sore knees and general weakness in their daily lives, making them unable to carry out normal activities and work. In fact, it is very likely that your body has already developed a disease and needs timely treatment. What does weak knees mean?

There are many reasons for weak knees. Calcium deficiency, excessive activity, and kidney deficiency can all cause muscle and joint pain.

Inspection method:

Lie flat on the bed (if you are alone, sit on the bed with your legs straight. Your legs must be straight, otherwise you will not feel anything). Place the base of your hand on the upper part of your knee and hold it to ensure that the knee cannot move forward or backward. Then use your thigh to exert force. If you feel obvious pain, it means that the soft tissue in the knee is damaged. If the pain is severe, it means that the soft tissue is aging.

Causes:

Due to the structural characteristics of the human skeleton, when the leg is bent, the soft tissue inside the knee is in close contact, and the lubricating fluid cannot protect the knee well. Long-term mountain climbing with weight will cause hard friction inside the knee, leading to aging of the soft tissue. Mountain climbing, cycling, climbing stairs, etc., movements that keep the knees bent for a long time will lead to soft tissue aging.

Many injuries occur when one is physically weak. When the thighs are tired, one will unconsciously lock the joints while walking. Locking the joints means stretching the legs straight. This can reduce the burden on the thigh muscles and temporarily relax one's muscles. However, it can easily cause knee strain, knee impact injury, ankle strain, ankle sprain, and lumbar muscle strain.

It is recommended to control and adjust your diet appropriately, and do appropriate exercise to enhance the body's repair ability. It is recommended to have a regular diet and lifestyle, pay attention to physical exercise, strengthen your physical fitness, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and supplement protein to provide a variety of vitamins. Avoid eating animal fat and fried foods; control the intake of irritating and greasy foods; do not eat high-fat foods; eat less hot sauce, strong tea, etc.; do not eat spicy food.
