How to eliminate key pin cyst

How to eliminate key pin cyst

Ganglion cysts are quite common in daily life. Frequent failure to keep warm and sports injuries may lead to ganglion cysts. There are many treatment methods for ganglion cysts. Conservative methods can be used for treatment. For example, acupuncture treatment is quite effective, which can promote blood circulation and has the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Of course, for more serious ganglion cysts, surgery can be used for treatment.

Acupuncture

First, routinely disinfect the Ashi point (cyst area), and choose a thicker filiform needle of appropriate length depending on the size of the cyst. Insert the needle at 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 9 o'clock around the cyst at an angle of 30 degrees to the local normal skin, and pierce the needle tip toward the center of the cyst (four needles form a "cross" shape). It should be noted that the needle must pierce the cyst wall, and the depth should not exceed the capsule membrane below the cyst. After the needle is inserted, apply large-scale lifting, inserting and twisting techniques until a feeling of soreness, numbness, swelling, etc. is felt at the needle puncture site, and then the needle is left in for 10 minutes.

When removing the needle, shake the needle eye to enlarge it and quickly remove the needle without pressing the needle eye, so that the gelatinous mucus (a transparent paste) in the cyst will flow out from the needle hole. If the gelatinous mucus in the cyst is not discharged smoothly, the operator can pinch the cyst with the thumb and index finger of both hands to make sure that the mucus is drained as much as possible, and then place a disinfected coin close to the cyst wall and tie it tightly with a bandage (not too tight to avoid affecting local blood circulation).

Advise the patient not to get the acupuncture site wet or apply excessive force, and remove the bandage and coin after three days. If the cyst is filled with liquid and becomes hard, there is no need to squeeze it forcefully. Acupuncture 2-5 times can soften the cyst, and the cyst will gradually shrink and disappear. Generally, it can be cured after 1-3 times. If relapse occurs after cure, the same treatment method will still be effective.

Encirclement

Multiple needles are inserted around the local cyst lesion to strengthen the horizontal connection between the meridians, communicate the connection between the local meridians, collaterals, floating collaterals, sun collaterals and skin, make the local Qi and blood vigorous, and the meridian Qi full, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body, eliminating evil, eliminating numbness and relieving pain, softening and dispersing nodules, and lubricating joints. It promotes local blood and lymph circulation, improves local metabolism and nutrition, absorbs inflammation, subsides swelling, and relieves pain, thereby achieving the purpose of curing tendon sheath cyst.

Acupuncture treatment for ganglion cysts has the advantages of fast effect, no pain, no side effects and no scars. It should be emphasized that acupuncture treatment of ganglion cysts has a good effect, but during the entire process of the treatment, attention should be paid to strict detoxification to prevent infection, and patients should also be advised to rest. People who have suffered from this disease must avoid excessive manual labor both during and after rehabilitation to prevent recurrence.
