Our patients should pay attention to their daily diet and daily habits. Everyone has some bad hobbies and habits, which can easily lead to some bad diseases. We can also use some towels warmed with warm water, and use the warm air it emits to apply to our eyes. 2 We should also pay special attention to our daily diet. When we have dry, sore, or tired eyes, we should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and avoid eating greasy, spicy, and irritating foods.
