Drugs that promote skin repair and regeneration

When the skin is damaged, you should use some drugs that promote skin repair and regeneration in time. There are many drugs in this regard, such as Hirudoid ointment, which is a relatively good drug to promote skin regeneration. It has a good effect on improving blood circulation in the affected area, can absorb exudate, has the effect of treating edema and swelling, can quickly eliminate the feeling of oppression, and relieve the patient's pain.

Action Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate has an anti-thrombotic effect by acting on the blood coagulation and fibrin dissolving system. Additionally, it has anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting various enzymes involved in catabolism and affecting prostaglandins and the complement system. Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate can also promote the regeneration of connective tissue by promoting the synthesis of mesenchymal cells and restoring the ability of intercellular substances to retain water. Therefore, this drug can prevent the formation of superficial thrombi, promote their absorption, prevent the development of local inflammation and accelerate the absorption of hematomas. Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate promotes the regeneration of normal connective tissue.

Clinical efficacy: Xiruotuo is suitable for superficial facial veins, varicose phlebitis; adjuvant treatment after varicose veins and sclerotherapy; hematoma, contusion, swelling and edema; thrombophlebitis, exudation caused by intravenous infusion and injection; inhibiting scar formation and softening scars. Wu Qiaoyun used polysulfate mucopolysaccharide cream (Hirudoid) to treat 40 cases of facial eczema in infants. The facial eczema of the children was mainly erythema and papules, which often recurred and had dry skin lesions. They had a history of topical use of glucocorticoids to varying degrees. After 3 weeks of treatment with Hirudoid, 10 cases were cured and 20 cases were significantly effective, with an effective rate of 75%, which was significantly better than the 27.5% of vitamin B6 ointment in the control group. The discussion showed that Hirudoid, as a new type of non-hormonal topical preparation, has no inherent side effects of corticosteroids, and has a low incidence of adverse reactions such as local irritation and allergies. It is also relatively safe for long-term use and is an ideal choice for the treatment of some stubborn subacute dry facial eczema in infants.

Adverse reactions : Local skin reactions or contact dermatitis are rare. Contraindications: Patients with severe allergy to any component of the cream or heparin are contraindicated. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin. Precautions: Hirudoid Cream should not be applied directly to broken skin and open wounds, and should avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
