Cupping acupoints for strengthening yang

Cupping acupoints for strengthening yang

Kidney deficiency is a relatively common symptom, especially for men. It often leads to soreness in the waist and knees and sexual dysfunction. When kidney deficiency occurs, certain methods should be used to achieve the effect of strengthening yang, including diet adjustment and cupping. The effect of strengthening yang can be achieved through certain acupoints. For example, Sanyinjiao acupoint and Shangyang acupoint are acupoints that can promote kidney function.

Cupping acupoints for strengthening Yang 1. Press Sanyinjiao acupoints for strengthening Yang

Sanyinjiao, as the name suggests, is the meeting point of the three yin meridians: the liver meridian, spleen meridian and kidney meridian.

The Sanyinjiao point itself belongs to the spleen meridian and is located on the inner side of the tibia, about 10 cm above the inner ankle. Acupuncture treatment of this point is mainly used to treat spermatorrhea, impotence, penile pain, urinary difficulty, testicular retraction, etc. It is one of the most commonly used acupoints for treating male sexual dysfunction. Therefore, regularly massaging this point with your fingers can enhance men's sexual function.

2. Press Shangyang acupoint to strengthen yang

Shangyang point is located next to the radial nail at the tip of the index finger.

Traditional medicine believes that stimulating this point has a significant effect of strengthening sperm and yang, and can delay sexual aging. When commuting on the bus or tram, you can hook your index finger on the handrail or hanging ring inside the car; or in your spare time, you can hook your index fingers together and pull them repeatedly; or you can use an umbrella handle to massage your index finger.

3. Press Guanyuan acupoint to strengthen yang

It was recorded in "Bian Que's Heart Book": During the Southern Song Dynasty, there was an old man named Wang Chao. He was ninety years old, but his complexion was still moist and his body was as strong as that of a young man. Someone asked him if he had any special skills, Wang Chao replied: "No special skills, only fire power. Every summer and autumn, I use moxa to moxibustion Guanyuan acupoint. After a long time, I am not afraid of cold or heat. To this day, there is a piece of skin under my navel that is as warm as fire."

The Guanyuan point mentioned in the above story is an important point in traditional Chinese medicine for health care. It is located 3 inches directly below the navel. It is the meeting point of the Ren meridian and the three yin meridians of the foot. It is also the place where the yin and yang vital energy intersect, so it is named "Guan Yuan". Regular massage of Guanyuan acupoint can replenish vital energy, warm the kidney and benefit essence, dispel cold and restore yang, regulate Chong and Ren, etc. It is especially recommended in the following situations.

Insufficient Yang Energy. As people age, they are more likely to suffer from insufficient yang energy and a decline in physical fitness, which can lead to a series of illnesses such as repeated colds, indigestion, back and leg pain, cold limbs, edema, and difficulty urinating. The elderly can overlap their hands every morning and evening, and massage their abdomen with the Guanyuan point as the center for 9 minutes; then overlap the index fingers of both hands and press the Guanyuan point for 6 minutes, causing a local soreness and swelling sensation. This method can warm and replenish Yang Qi, strengthen the kidneys and consolidate essence.

Methods for strengthening yang 1. Dry ginger and wolfberry to treat kidney yang deficiency

Ginger is a common condiment in daily life, dried ginger is a traditional Chinese medicine that warms the stomach and dispels cold, and wolfberry nourishes the liver and kidneys. Taking both together can treat symptoms such as impotence, soreness of waist and knees caused by kidney yang deficiency. You can add these two Chinese herbs when stewing soup, and it will be a delicious aphrodisiac dish.

2. Massaging the ears can improve sexual performance

Men with kidney deficiency will experience symptoms such as tinnitus and deafness. It can be seen that the ears are also related to male kidney function. When you get up in the morning, you can use your fingertips to gently rub the antihelix on both sides of the ear, or press and knead it. This can harmonize yin and yang, dredge qi and blood, strengthen the kidneys and consolidate essence. Massage until it becomes warm. Can be carried out in multiple times.

3. Alternating between hot and cold can strengthen yang

When bathing, you can use alternating hot and cold water. It is best to get out of the tub after it is fully warmed up, apply cold water to the genitals, wait for about 3 minutes, and then enter the tub after the penis and scrotum shrink. Repeat this 3-5 times and then stop. If you can insist on doing "alternating baths" every day, it can make men energetic, enhance sexual function and reduce fatigue.

4. Massaging the scrotum can strengthen your sexual function

When it comes to strengthening male sexual function, the most direct and effective way is of course to massage the sexual organs. Men can usually massage their scrotum and testicles to improve circulation. Since the testicles can be constantly supplied with fresh blood, it will of course enhance testicular function and improve male energy. The time should not be too long, 2-3 minutes each time is enough.
