Thalassemia is a disease that most people may have heard less about. In fact, the probability of this type of anemia occurring in life is relatively small. Thalassemia, also known as thalassemia, is a group of hereditary diseases. Pregnant women who suffer from anemia need to check their condition. If it is only mild anemia, it can be treated through diet therapy.

1: Oolong Jujube Soup

1: Take 50g jujube, 20g longan pulp, 15g amomum, and 1 black-bone chicken. Add appropriate amount of water, add oil and salt to taste, simmer for 2 hours, eat the meat and drink the soup.

2: Cordyceps Chicken

1: Use 30g each of Cordyceps sinensis and Coix seeds, 10g of Chinese angelica, and 1 black chicken. Add appropriate amount of water, add oil and salt to taste, simmer for 2 hours, eat the meat and drink the soup.

3. Peanut and Beef Tendon Porridge

1: Use 100 grams of glutinous rice, 80 grams each of peanuts and beef tendon. Wash the tendons, cut them into small pieces, put them into a casserole with peanuts and washed glutinous rice, add appropriate amount of water and cook porridge until the tendons are cooked and the rice is boiled. It is best to take it warm on an empty stomach, once a day.

Four: Flavored Lamb Bone Porridge

1: Take 750g of sheep bones, 50g of polished rice, 20g of astragalus, and 7 jujubes. Wash and crush the sheep bones, put them into a casserole together with astragalus and jujube, boil with appropriate amount of water, use the soup instead of water and cook it with washed rice into porridge. When the porridge is almost cooked, add appropriate amount of ginger, scallion and salt, stir well, and cook for a while. It is recommended to take it warm on an empty stomach, and one course of treatment is 15 days.

5. Honey mulberry paste

1: Take 1000 grams of fresh mulberries and 25 grams of honey. Wash mulberries and squeeze out the juice, simmer over low heat until it becomes a thin paste, add honey and cook until thick, cool and store for later use. Take twice a day, 10-15 grams each time and drink with hot water. Take for half a month as a course of treatment.

6: Red and black fungus soup

1: Use 10 red dates, 10 grams of black fungus, 6 grams of cabbage, and 5 grams of salvia miltiorrhiza. Soak your hair in warm water and wash it, add appropriate amount of rock sugar and water, and steam it for 1 hour. Take in divided doses, twice a day, morning and evening.

Seven: Cordyceps stewed lean duck

1: Use 6 pieces of Cordyceps sinensis and 1 lean duck. Remove the feathers and internal organs of the duck, wash and cut into pieces, put into a casserole, add Cordyceps sinensis and seasonings such as salt, onion, ginger, etc., add appropriate amount of water and stew. Boil over high heat first, then simmer over low heat until cooked.

8: Ejiao and Jujube Porridge

1: Take 50 grams of glutinous rice, 10 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, 8 dates, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Crush the donkey-hide gelatin; cook the washed glutinous rice and jujube into porridge, add the donkey-hide gelatin and white sugar when it is almost cooked, and cook for a while.

9: Pregnant women with severe thalassemia

You should pay special attention to it. If examination confirms that the fetus has severe thalassemia, it is best to perform an artificial abortion and terminate the pregnancy. If the test results show that the fetus' genes are normal or that it has mild thalassemia, you can continue the pregnancy and give birth with peace of mind. Mild thalassemia does not require special treatment, while intermediate and severe thalassemia can be treated with blood transfusion and iron chelation. In daily life, pay attention to rest and nutrition, actively prevent infection, and appropriately supplement folic acid and vitamin E.
