Many people don’t quite understand why their anus often becomes red, swollen and itchy. In fact, redness, swelling and itching of the anus are normal phenomena. This can be considered to be due to skin diseases and bacterial growth. The anus is not well cleaned, resulting in diffuse inflammation, which eventually leads to redness, swelling and itching of the anus. In this case, it can be treated with appropriate methods. First of all, the cause must be understood. Cause 1. Anal eczema: It is a skin disease, often accompanied by itching. But sometimes anal eczema is a secondary disease of anal moisture. 2. Genital warts: This disease is a kind of sexually transmitted disease. It can be scattered or connected into pieces, cauliflower-shaped, with a small amount of secretions and a foul smell. 3. Internal hemorrhoids: If the internal hemorrhoids are large and the anus is loose, they will all fall out during bowel movements. Usually, they are half-fallen out of the anus, and the fluid secreted by the mucous membrane will flow out, causing moisture around the anus. 4. Anal fistula: One or several nodules can be felt around the anus, and there are cord-like objects leading from the nodules to the anus, and secretions often flow out and contaminate underwear. If the body's resistance is reduced, inflammation and swelling may occur, forming perianal abscesses. Common diseases Perianal abscess is a common anorectal disease, which refers to acute or chronic suppurative infection occurring in the soft tissue around the anorectum or in the surrounding space, and forming an abscess. Inflammatory external hemorrhoids Inflammatory external hemorrhoids are mainly caused by inflammation and edema of external hemorrhoids. There are many causes, the most common of which are cold, fatigue, going out, drinking, etc. I feel as if my anus is prolapsed, and there is pain, swelling and discomfort. Thrombosed external hemorrhoids are caused by factors such as straining during defecation and coughing that increase abdominal pressure, which ruptures the small veins under the skin around the anus, causing subcutaneous bleeding and blood clots, resulting in pain and discomfort. The larger the blood clot, the more painful it is. A bluish skin bump can be seen on the surface. Chronic anal fissures cause repeated fissures over a long period of time, resulting in repeated local inflammation and proliferation, forming a protruding structure similar to external hemorrhoids. Because the hemorrhoid is located just outside the anus, we call it "sentinel hemorrhoid" or "sentinel hemorrhoid". Sometimes it can become inflamed and swollen like external hemorrhoids, causing pain. Note: 1. Do not sit still for a long time: Do not sit in a chair for several hours in a row. Even if you have to do so, you should get up and move around for at least 5 minutes every hour. 2. Do not squat on the toilet for too long: The time spent sitting on the toilet should not exceed 5 minutes each time. Especially do not read while sitting on the toilet, as this is an extremely unhygienic habit. 3. Sit in a warm bath: Soaking your buttocks in warm water may be the best way of treatment. Warm water promotes blood circulation in the affected area, helps shrink swollen veins there, and relieves pain. 4. Do not scratch the affected area: The affected area of hemorrhoids may be itchy, but do not use scratching to relieve the discomfort, as that will damage the fragile venous walls of the rectum and make the situation worse. The causes of anal redness, swelling and itching are relatively complicated. Before treating it, you need to do an accurate and detailed examination first. The internationally advanced Korean electronic anoscopy examination system has been introduced. This examination system can accurately diagnose the true cause of anal redness, swelling and itching in about three minutes, with an accuracy rate of more than 99%. It is currently the cutting-edge equipment used for anorectal disease examinations. The treatment of anal redness and swelling can use advanced minimally invasive technology to greatly shorten the treatment time for various anorectal diseases. The entire treatment process can be completed in about 20 minutes, and the patient has almost no pain, does not need to be hospitalized, and there are no complications such as anal incontinence or anal stenosis. |
