Suitable for various chronic wasting diseases.

4) Chinese wolfberry turtle soup: 1 turtle, 60 grams of Chinese wolfberry. Take the turtle, remove the intestines and head, wash it, put it in a pot, add wolfberry, add enough water, simmer it slowly over low heat, add seasonings and eat the turtle meat. It has the functions of nourishing Yin and suppressing Yang, replenishing deficiency and strengthening the body, and is suitable for patients with deficiency syndrome.

Dietary precautions:

If it is localized scleroderma, the area of ​​skin lesions has not expanded, the condition is stable, and the skin lesions are in the hardening and atrophy stage, you can eat warm foods appropriately; if it is diagnosed as damp-heat and blood stasis, the symptoms include skin redness and swelling, high skin temperature, increased area of ​​​​lesioned skin, and progression of the disease, and skin lesions are in the early or swelling stage, then you should not eat warm foods, especially peppers, leeks, wine, mutton, dog meat, etc., you can eat cold foods appropriately.

In addition, patients with scleroderma who have severe skin hardening can also eat salty foods appropriately, such as kelp, seaweed, oysters, salt, etc. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, salty foods have the effect of softening and dispersing nodules, and can promote skin softening; those with obvious skin swelling can eat more foods such as yam, coix seed, white lentil, wheat, wax gourd, and white imperata root that have the effects of strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness, and promoting diuresis; lily has the effects of moistening the lungs and relieving cough, clearing the heart and calming the nerves. Modern pharmacological research has shown that it has the effect of inhibiting the hardening and proliferation of collagen fibers, and all scleroderma patients can take it.

Warm foods have the effects of warming the middle, replenishing deficiency and dispelling cold. They mainly include mutton, dog meat, chicken, pigeons, sparrows, goat milk, wine, chili, ginger, pepper, onions, garlic, leeks, brown sugar, walnuts, etc.

Cold foods have the effects of clearing heat, purging fire, detoxifying and nourishing yin. They mainly include cucumber, watermelon, bitter melon, loofah, winter melon, pear, mung bean, tofu, soy milk, fermented black beans, cabbage, lotus root, turtle, white fungus, oyster, green tea, etc.
