Black patches on the skin

Black patches on the skin

The skin is a very delicate organ of the human body and also an important organ. Especially for female friends, fair, tender and delicate skin is what every female friend pursues. But there are always some friends who have patches on their skin. Some are due to family inheritance, but most are due to acquired pigmentation. So, what should we do when black spots appear on the skin? Let’s take a look together below!

【1】Black spots usually appear after the age of 25 and are acquired. The causes of dark spots are very complex, and generally believed to be the following:

1. Using inferior cosmetics, the pigments and preservatives they contain mix with sweat, penetrate into the inner layer of the skin, and accelerate the formation of dark spots.

2. When the human body is overworked for a long time, the skin will become tense and tired, the blood will become acidic, the metabolism will slow down, and the skin will not be able to obtain sufficient nutrients; the stratum corneum will become dull due to lack of water.

3. During pregnancy, the mother secretes a large amount of progesterone to protect the safety of the fetus in the uterus. Some pregnant women may have dark spots on their faces, but they usually disappear gradually after delivery. If you eat more fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C, as well as soy milk and milk, have regular bowel movements every day, get enough sleep and maintain a good mood during pregnancy, the dark spots can also fade away in time.

4. Overuse of the brain and excessive sun exposure are the causes of increased dark spots. As we age, our skin ages and excessive secretion of melanocytes causes the skin to darken.

【2】Prevention methods: Avoid prolonged sun exposure and apply sunscreen on your face before sun exposure. Take vitamin C, which has a depigmenting effect. Choosing nutritious foods, exercising moderately, getting enough sleep, and being cheerful can all help prevent and reduce dark spots. In this case, active medication is needed for symptomatic treatment. You need to take medication or multivitamin tablets as prescribed by your doctor or see a dermatologist.
