3. People with bleeding tendency, menstruating and breastfeeding women should use it with caution, and pregnant women are prohibited from using it; children must use it under adult supervision; the elderly and infirm should use it under the guidance of a doctor.

4. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to safflower oil, and should be used with caution if the user has an allergic constitution.
