Corydalis yanhusuo is a very common traditional Chinese medicine. It is usually used to relieve pain and promote blood circulation, and the effect is very good. However, many people may not have heard of this traditional Chinese medicine, and may not know much about it. Even if some people know about Corydalis yanhusuo, they don’t know what the dosage is when using it. The following is a detailed introduction to the dosage of Corydalis yanhusuo. How much is the dosage of Yanhusuo? Decoction: 3~15 grams. Pills and powder: 0.35~13.5g. For external use: appropriate amount. Corydalis contains more than 15 kinds of bioalkaloids, among which the analgesic effects are corydalis acetylcholine, ... and corydalis acetylcholine. Corydalis is the main analgesic and sedative ingredient. Its analgesic effect is similar to that of morphine but weaker, but stronger than antipyretic analgesics, with fewer side effects and no addiction. It can be used as a substitute for morphine-like drugs. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Corydalis yanhusuo is pungent and dispersing, bitter and laxative, and warming and unblocking. It enters both the blood and the qi, and can circulate the qi in the blood, as well as the blood in the qi. When the qi and blood flow smoothly, there will be no pain, so it is a good analgesic. Therefore, it can be applied to all kinds of pain in the body caused by stagnation of qi or blood, or stagnation and inability to flow. Corydalis yanhusuo is particularly effective for epigastric pain and abdominal pain during menstruation. It is effective when used alone, and even more effective when used as a combination. For example, it can be used with Chuanlianzi to treat stomach pain; with fennel, it can be used to treat hernia pain; with angelica, Chuanxiong, white peony root, Cyperus rotundus, etc., it can be used to treat dysmenorrhea; with Trichosanthes, Xiebai, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Curcuma, etc., it can be used for chest tightness and chest pain; with angelica, red peony root, cinnamon twig, etc., it can treat blood stasis and pain in the limbs; if it is used with frankincense, myrrh, angelica, peach kernel, etc., it can be used for injuries caused by falls, pain caused by blood stasis, etc. The widespread use of Corydalis yanhusuo and Corydalis butylene tablets and injections has brought more convenience to clinicians and patients. Corydalis yanhusuo is usually processed with vinegar and then crushed for use as medicine. The reason is that the alkali contained in Corydalis yanhusuo is insoluble in water. After being processed with vinegar, the alkali in Corydalis yanhusuo combines with the acetic acid in vinegar to form salts, turning the insoluble alkali into alkali salts, greatly increasing the solubility of the effective ingredients of Corydalis yanhusuo in the decoction, thereby enhancing the therapeutic effect. It is not advisable to use too much Corydalis yanhusuo, 3 to 9g per day; grind into powder and swallow, 1.5 to 3g at a time. |
