2. Exercise before sleeping

Begin by lying on your back, relaxing your whole body, placing your hands on both sides of your body, and practicing body breathing. When you inhale, imagine that the true energy in the universe is being sucked in through the pores of your whole body. When you exhale, imagine that the diseased and turbid air in your body is being expelled through the pores of your whole body and penetrate the sky.

After doing it for a while, give up the idea of ​​inhaling and exhaling, let everything take its course, and just be aware that you are still practicing. You can also practice in a side-lying position, with your body lying on your right side, with your right palm facing up and placed on the side of your head, your left hand on your left hip, your legs bent naturally, and breathe with your body, maintaining the same intention as above. You can fall asleep while practicing, and do not rush to get up when you wake up. You can close your eyes and practice breathing in bed. Wait until you feel the energy in your whole body, then get up. This method of falling asleep while practicing and getting up after practicing is equivalent to practicing all night. All such situations are good phenomena. There is no need to panic or be happy. You should pay attention to staying calm and let everything take its course.

3. Walking exercise

When walking, your heels should touch the ground first, and you should take one step at a time. When breathing, use body breathing, that is, when inhaling, imagine that the true energy in the universe is absorbed into the body through the pores of the whole body. When exhaling, imagine that the diseased air, turbid air, and fatigue air in the body are ejected through the capillaries of the whole body and penetrate the sky. Breathing should be combined with the speed of walking, and it is not advisable to walk fast.

4. Running exercise
