Using 10-30% propolis to treat skin diseases caused by fungi is very effective. It has a strong antibacterial effect on Trichophyton, Floccosus, Microsporum ferrugoides, Microsporum gypseum, Microsporum ovis, Trichophyton, Trichophyton tonsurans, and Trichophyton rubrum. Generally, the symptoms disappear after 10-15 days of continuous medication. 3. Use fresh, high-quality propolis without impurities, pinch it into small cakes slightly larger than the affected area, stick it close to the affected area, and fix it with adhesive tape. Change the medicine every 5 to 7 days. Avoid soaking in water after applying the medicine. Use this method to treat corns, calluses, plantar warts and common warts. Repeat the treatment 2 to 3 times and recovery is expected. 4. Use propolis ethanol extract to make a 50% cream ointment to treat wart-type and invasive tumor-like skin tuberculosis. Generally, the treatment is continued for 1 to 2 months until the wart-like hyperplasia is completely destroyed, the purulent secretions disappear, and the infiltration dissipates. Propolis therapy is superior to other treatments in terms of the painlessness of destroying tuberculosis lesions, the speed of ulcer healing and the cosmetic effects of scar formation. It is more suitable for patients who are contraindicated to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs.

5. Use propolis, medicinal vaseline and glycerin to make an ointment, which is effective in treating skin pruritus, perineal and scrotal itching, and localized neurodermatitis. It can quickly relieve itching. After applying the propolis ointment, the itching will be relieved in 5 to 10 minutes and disappear completely in a few hours. Lesions of the neck, trunk, and upper extremities are more effective than those of the perineum, sex organs, and feet. 6. Use 10% propolis zinc oil, apply it to the affected area twice a day to treat scars, erosions, exudative eczema, eczematoid dermatitis, fixed drug eruption and skin ulcers. It usually takes 3 days to show effect, and the rash will disappear completely within 6 days.
