How to remove lymph nodes in the armpit

How to remove lymph nodes in the armpit

1. Stimulate the muscles around the lymph nodes

Put the four fingers except the thumb into the armpit, and use the thumb and other four fingers to pinch the armpit muscles and pull them upwards or knead them to stimulate the muscles.

2. Find lymph nodes

Raise your arm and touch the slightly raised part of your armpit, and place four fingers in front of the raised part with this as the center. Press gently and you will find small lumps the size of beans, which are where the lymph nodes are concentrated.

3. Relax the concentrated lymphatic muscles

Stretch your arms back to stimulate the muscles behind the bulge under your armpits. Stack three fingers and press hard on this area for 5 seconds, then slowly release them, and repeat several times.

4. Cleanse toxins

Use your thumb and index finger to pinch your upper arm, push from the elbow to the armpit, and continue to press down with your index and middle fingers as the main force points to promote blood flow to the armpit.

5. Accelerate detoxification

After the last few steps, your arms have relaxed. Now, hold your arms with your hands and press down to help detoxify. Don't just use your thumb and index finger to apply force, also use the muscle strength of the base of the thumb to apply pressure.

This condition is caused by swollen lymph nodes due to lymphadenitis. Lymphangitis is an acute inflammation of the lymphatic vessels and surrounding tissues caused by the spread of lymphatic bacteria from damaged skin or infection sites to nearby lymphatic vessels. It is usually caused by Streptococcus pyogenes. Conservative treatment is the use of drugs for anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling treatment. You should also pay more attention to your diet and avoid eating spicy, greasy, or irritating foods. Drink as much water as possible.
