No cold but stuffy nose

Nasal congestion is the most common phenomenon among colds. The best way to solve it is to let the cold heal. It does not have a big impact on the body, but it is very uncomfortable. In addition to colds, many reasons can cause nasal congestion. If it is caused by a disease, actively treating the disease can solve the problem. In general, you can try some small methods, which have very good results. So, what should you do if your nose is blocked even though you don’t have a cold?

1. Peppermint oil for stuffy nose

Just smell the peppermint oil with your nose, or apply a little peppermint oil on your upper lip for a while to unclog your nose. The unique, refreshing and cool smell of mint helps to clear the nose and has the effect of dispelling wind and clearing heat.

It is forbidden for pregnant women to use.
