2. Pork chops stewed with radish

3. Banana raisin milk

Ingredients: 30 grams of milk, 25 grams of banana, 20 grams of brown rice, 10 grams of raisins, and 5 grams of lemon juice.

Method: Cut bananas into 5 mm rounds and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour the cooked brown rice into a bowl, add banana slices and raisins, then pour in milk and serve.

It is particularly important to note that children with malnutrition should focus on protein supplementation and eat more protein-containing foods, such as milk, goat's milk, whole milk powder, soy milk, lean meat, boneless fish, egg yolks, vegetables, fruits, etc. Health tips: Nourishes the kidneys, strengthens bones and muscles, and increases height; Almonds: Almonds should not be eaten with chestnuts, pork, and millet; Dates (fresh): Dates should not be eaten with seafood; Walnuts: Walnuts should not be eaten with pheasant meat.
