What should I do if I have a mouth ulcer?

Oral ulcers are cyclical and recurrent, which makes people very annoyed. However, the pathogenesis of oral ulcers is still unclear. It may be due to irregular lifestyle, getting angry, stress, or genetic or systemic diseases. Although oral ulcers are small ulcers, they must be treated in time. If they recur for a long time, they may develop into oral cancer.

What should I do if I have oral ulcers?

1: Brush your teeth in the morning and evening to keep your mouth clean

2: To disinfect and sterilize, rinse your mouth with white wine every day. You can hold it in your mouth for a while and then spit it out or swallow it. If you are not used to white wine, you can use strong tea or salt water instead.

3: Take a small amount of rock sugar, place it between the ulcerated part of the lips and the teeth, and let it slowly dissolve naturally. 4: Follow the above method after meals, three times a day. You shouldn't feel any pain on the second day, and it should be almost healed by the third day.

Adjunctive therapy:

Go to bed early and get up early, and get enough sleep! This can effectively prevent oral inflammation.

1: Drink more boiled water. Add a little fine salt to the boiled water, stir it into salt water and hold it in your mouth. Swallow it after a few minutes. Drink a cup of salt water every day. Long-term persistence will also be effective in removing heat from the mouth.

2: Exercise more every day to keep your mood happy and enhance your immunity.

3: Maintain a regular diet, drink more hot porridge in the morning and evening, and eat light food. If conditions permit, you can make some eight-treasure porridge and add more mung beans and dates. You can eat cold and bitter vegetables such as winter melon, tofu, lettuce, and bitter melon, which can heal your oral ulcers faster.

4: You can eat some fruit after meals, especially pears; if conditions permit, you can drink some honey, or tea, or boiled water; eat less spicy and irritating food to prevent excessive internal heat. 5: If your mouth is severely inflamed and you have oral ulcers or swollen and painful gums, you can spray some Yunnan Baiyao or watermelon frost on the affected area to speed up the healing process.
