The breast is an organ that mammals use to feed their offspring and plays an important role in the reproductive process. Among us humans, breasts are more important to women and are closely related to their health. Although some women look glamorous and beautiful, some may be suffering from breast diseases. Some women think that this is a very normal thing and there is no need to go to the hospital to see a doctor. Some women are unwilling to mention it to others because of their own concepts. This delays the detection and treatment of the disease. What should I do if I have breast discomfort?

1. Correct posture can make your chest curve more obvious

Traditional Chinese women believe that it is embarrassing to walk with their chests puffed out. In fact, if it is not corrected in time, it will not only affect the development of the breasts, but also cause hunchback. Therefore, when walking, you should keep your back straight, your abdomen tucked in, your arms lifted, and your upper body feeling upward as a whole. When sitting, you should hold your head and chest high, and straighten your back, so that the curve of your chest will appear attractive. When resting, you should lie on your side or back, and avoid sleeping on your stomach to avoid squeezing your breasts and causing them pain.

2. Bras can change the size of your breasts

All kinds of bras in shopping malls are designed to improve breast curves. The bead massage bra stimulates the breast points through friction with the skin, achieving the purpose of breast enhancement; the center-button bra clamps the two breasts towards the middle to help you "straighten" your breasts. The padded bra does make you feel fuller than before, but it always feels like it's not yours. In fact, when choosing a bra, you can consider a smaller size. A smaller size does not mean buying a smaller bra, but choosing a slightly smaller model. If you usually wear a full cup, you can actually wear a 3/4 cup; if you wear a 3/4 cup, then a 1/2 cup may be more suitable for you. No matter what model you choose, you should try it first. Buy it only after you feel comfortable with it.

3. Eat a healthy diet

Breast size depends on the amount of breast tissue and fat. The best period for breast development is for women between the ages of 20 and 25. Therefore, moderately increasing the amount of fat in the chest is the most natural and healthy way to improve fullness. In addition, you should pay attention to eating more foods rich in vitamin E and vitamin B. Because vitamin E can promote the development and improvement of the ovaries, thereby increasing the number of mature egg cells and enlarging the corpus luteum cells. The egg cell is an important place for hormone secretion. When the secretion of estrogen increases, it will stimulate breast development. Therefore, you should eat more foods rich in vitamin E, such as cabbage, cabbage heart, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil and so on. Vitamin B2 is an indispensable component for the synthesis of estrogen in the body. Foods rich in vitamin B2 include animal liver, kidney, heart, eggs, milk and its products. Foods rich in vitamin B6 include cereals, beans, lean meat, yeast, etc.

4) Beneficial exercises: To make the breasts fuller and more elastic, you need to strengthen the chest muscle exercises, do some push-ups and single and double bar exercises, etc.; or take deep breaths several times every morning and evening, which can also promote breast development. Swimming can massage the chest through the pressure of water, which helps to develop the chest muscles evenly.

5) Have regular physical examinations Adult women should have regular breast examinations to screen for diseases.

6) Try hot compresses. Hot compress is a traditional Chinese medical treatment that can relieve breast pain by using a hot pack, hot water bottle, or hot bath. If you use alternating cold and hot compresses, the effect of eliminating breast discomfort will be better.

7) Apply castor oil to your chest. Castor oil contains a substance that can enhance the function of T11 lymphocytes, which can accelerate the recovery of various infections and eliminate pain. The method is: drop castor oil on a cotton cloth folded into four layers, let it be soaked with castor oil, but not too wet to avoid dripping everywhere.
