5. You should get enough sleep, combine work and rest, eat a balanced diet, eat more grains, beans, fruits, vegetables, animal liver and other foods, and lead a regular life.

6. You may want to drink chrysanthemum tea often. Chrysanthemum has the effect of nourishing the liver, clearing heat and improving eyesight. When you feel eye fatigue, you can brew a cup of steaming chrysanthemum tea, lean over the cup and use the steam of the chrysanthemum tea to fumigate your eyes.
