1. The stuffing made with 30% fat and 70% lean pork tastes better;

3. The barbecue seasoning includes cumin, chili, fennel and sesame.

First, prepare chili sauce, oil, starch (mix with water), onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and water.
