What is the normal value of myocardial myelin

What is the normal value of myocardial myelin

Myocardial infarction is a numerical value used to determine myocardial damage or disease. Generally speaking, when a patient's myocardium is damaged or necrotic, the value of myocardial infarction will increase due to the severity of the disease. However, the cardiomyocyte microglobulin value of children is higher than that of adults. Therefore, if the cardiomyocyte microglobulin value of children is found to be high during testing, the children may suffer from cardiomyocyte microglobulin disease.

Normal values of myocardial enzymes : Myocardial enzymes. These enzymes increase to varying degrees after myocardial damage or necrosis. Among them, CK-MB and LDH1 have the highest specificity. Currently, the normal values of myocardial enzyme spectrum are mostly based on adult standards, while the normal values of children are higher than those of adults. Therefore, do not think that a child has myocarditis if his/her myocardial enzyme spectrum value increases. Since there are many factors that affect the myocardial enzyme spectrum, many hospitals use the measurement of cardiac troponin to assist in the diagnosis of myocarditis. The myocardial enzyme spectrum of most children is 2 to 3 times the normal reference value.

So, what is the normal value of myocardial enzyme? 1. Lactate dehydrogenase LDH: 100~240 IU/L; 2. Aspartate aminotransferase AST: 0~40 IU/L; 3. Creatine phosphokinase CK: 24~194 IU/L; 4. Creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme CK-MB: 0~25 IU/L; 5. Alanine aminotransferase ALT: 0~40 IU/L. HBD, LD, AST, CK and CK-MB together constitute the myocardial enzyme spectrum, which is of great significance for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. The serum LD/HBD ratio of healthy adults is 1.3-1.6, but the serum HBD activity of patients with myocardial infarction increases and the LD/HBD ratio decreases to 0.8-1.2. When liver parenchymal cells are damaged, the ratio may increase to 1.6 to 2.5. It should be noted that these ratios are not related to the measurement methods or measurement conditions of each laboratory, and the ratios of this laboratory must be established. In addition, in active rheumatic myocarditis, acute viral myocarditis, hemolytic anemia, etc., due to the increase in LD1 activity, HBD activity may also increase.

What causes high myocardial enzymes? Myocardial enzymes are a general term for a variety of enzymes present in the myocardium, and the most common cause of high myocardial enzymes is heart disease, such as myocarditis, myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc. If the patient is older and has corresponding symptoms, then the possibility of coronary heart disease or myocardial infarction is high. So, what exactly is causing high myocardial enzyme levels? The myocardial cells of the heart contain special enzymes. When myocardial infarction or acute unstable angina occurs, the myocardial cells will necrotize and disintegrate. At this time, these enzymes (cardiac enzymes) will dissolve into the blood, causing an abnormal increase. Clinical and experimental results show that the increase of these enzymes (cardiac enzymes) (such as troponin type I - CTnI or troponin type T - CTnT) means that the heart attack is extremely dangerous. It not only indicates that the myocardial cells are damaged to a certain extent, but also there is a higher probability of producing many major adverse cardiac complications - recurrent myocardial infarction, sudden cardiac death, etc. (i.e. a poor prognosis). However, the levels will not necessarily increase in the early stage of the disease, and generally take 4 to 6 hours or even 12 hours to increase, so continuous monitoring is required.
