How much does Lingzhi usually cost?

Wild Ganoderma lucidum is a traditional Chinese medicinal material in China with a long history. It has been used as a tonic and health-preserving product since ancient times. It can be taken for a long time, can strengthen the foundation to improve one's physical fitness, resist the invasion of some diseases, and has a more significant auxiliary therapeutic effect on the rehabilitation of some people with weak physical fitness, serious diseases, and critically ill groups. Modern scientific research also believes that wild Ganoderma lucidum contains a variety of amino acids, active peptides, proteins, flavonoids and bacterial lysis enzymes and other effective ingredients, which have a certain auxiliary effect on enhancing our body's immunity and repairing our body's damaged cells. So, how much does wild Lingzhi usually cost?

It's probably between 550 and 650 yuan. Chinese medicine must have its own unique views. The appropriate intake of wild Ganoderma lucidum must have certain auxiliary effects on our physical and mental health. There are various ways to eat wild Ganoderma lucidum. Many people soak it in medicinal wine for consumption, some people put wild Ganoderma lucidum with bones, chicken, and duck to make soup, and some people directly grind it into powder and swallow it, but the purpose is actually to ingest the ingredients contained in wild Ganoderma lucidum.

So what is the difference between cultivated and natural?

1. Wild Ganoderma lucidum has roots and some without roots. Those growing on the ground have roots, and those growing on tree stumps do not have roots. However, if a wild Ganoderma lucidum with a stalk has no roots when you buy it, or it still has roots, then there is a problem. Especially if it has no roots and is cut neatly with a knife, then it can be directly judged as cultivated wild Ganoderma lucidum. After all, the cultivated ones are without grass sticks. Of course, it is said that there are simulated wild Ganoderma lucidum with grass and insect-eaten ones. In this case, it depends on whether the color of the wild Ganoderma lucidum is relatively natural.

Although the simulation has grass sticks, the color is not natural. If the wild Ganoderma lucidum is picked at a good time, it may not have any insect infestations, which is quite common. However, this does not mean that those with insect infestations are natural and those without insect infestations are cultivated. As I said before, you still need to look at the pile to see. However, some imitation wild Ganoderma lucidum nowadays can still be guaranteed to be free of insect infestations, grass and sticks.

2. Glossiness and color. The color and shade of a large number of wild Ganoderma lucidum vary greatly, while the cultivated wild Ganoderma lucidum is basically all the same color.

3. The difference in size. The size of wild Ganoderma lucidum varies greatly. The smallest outer cap diameter is only one to two centimeters. The largest ones I have seen in Hainan Province are around 35 centimeters. Of course, there are also those that are larger than 6 or 7 centimeters. In fact, the above-ground part of natural red Ganoderma lucidum is annual, while the underground roots are perennial. When you go up the mountain in winter, the roots of wild Ganoderma lucidum are still very fresh, but the ones above the ground are moldy. If the ones on the ground are not picked, they will rot the next year. There is not much difference in the size, specifications and models of cultivated wild Ganoderma lucidum.

4. Look at the natural color and glossiness of the surface of wild Ganoderma lucidum. The color of natural one is very natural, while the cultivated one feels dull like paint, which cannot be accurately defined.

5. Apparently, the appearance of wild Ganoderma lucidum is quite different and is generally not very standardized. The cultivated wild Ganoderma lucidum looks similar and is relatively standardized.

6. Look at the back of the wild Ganoderma lucidum. The back of the wild Ganoderma lucidum does not have the paint-like back color like the back of the cultivated wild Ganoderma lucidum.

7. When growing wild Ganoderma lucidum, it is very rare that the plastic boxes are not cleaned cleanly.

So what are the effects of natural Lingzhi?

The natural purple Ganoderma lucidum grown in the mountains is warm in nature, sweet in taste, and can strengthen the body. Replenish Qi and blood, prevent and fight cancer, adjust your blood sugar and blood pressure, and enhance your immune system. It is suitable for making soup (put a few pieces each time you make soup, and the whole family can eat it), brewing tea, and brewing medicinal wine. In autumn, it is more healthy to keep in good health. Wild Ganoderma lucidum can be said to be a good choice for your health.
