What to do if your feet have dry skin

What to do if your feet have dry skin

In the eyes of many people, there is no need to care for the skin of the feet. After all, the skin of the feet is generally not exposed to the outside and has no impact on personal image. In fact, the skin of the feet should also be cared for. If the skin of the feet is not cared for, it may cause some dry skin on the feet. What to do if you have dry skin on your feet? The specific solution is introduced below.

1. What to do if your feet are dry and peeling?

Tools/Raw Materials

Honey, apple peel, vegetable water, milk

Methods/Steps

1. Rubbing with honey can cure chapped hands. After breakfast every day, wash and dry your hands, apply honey on the palms, backs of your hands and in between your nails, and rub with a small towel for 5 to 10 minutes to warm your hands. Wash your hands before going to bed at night, and then rub your hands with honey using the above method. The cracks between my fingernails on both hands were as painful as if they were cut by a knife, and they were cured using this method.

2. Apple peels can cure cracked heels. Every winter my heels crack and I get wounds that are extremely painful and itchy. Recently, I used the peels left over from peeling apples to rub the diseased areas of my heels. After only three rubs, the cracked heels healed and became smooth.

3. Washing feet with vegetable water can cure dry and cracked feet. Boil the leaves and fruit peels of Laibang, let them cool to a suitable temperature and then wash your feet with them. Wash your feet for about 30 minutes each time, once a day. After about a month, your feet will be smooth and pain-free. I have used it many times over the years with great results.

4. Milk can cure cracked feet. The heels are dry and thick all year round, and the skin is cracked and bleeding in many places. By chance, I remembered that milk is rich in nutrients and can moisturize and care for the skin when applied to the skin. So I used fresh milk to rub it on the washed heels, and it really worked. The skin on the heels became soft and smooth, the pads became soft, and the cracks healed.

What to do if the soles of your feet peel

1. There are two main reasons for peeling of the soles of the feet: 1. Lack of vitamins and you need to eat more vegetable juice. 2. The environment is relatively dry, and the skin loses more water than outdoors and in air-conditioned rooms! It would be wrong to use vitamin E lotion or snake oil ointment, or hand lotion with oily properties is better for moisturizing.

2. It is said that the reason for the peeling of the soles of the feet is athlete's foot. You only need to deal with it according to the condition of your soles!! (1) Erosive type: first soak in 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution or 0.1% revulol solution, then apply gentian violet or athlete's foot powder, twice a day, wait until it is dry, then apply athlete's foot spirit or tinea ointment, twice a day.

(2) Blister type: Soak your feet in hot water every day and apply clotrimazole anti-tinea lotion or compound salicylic acid tincture once a day. After the skin is dry, apply athlete's foot spirit or tinea ointment.

(3) Keratotic type: You can use compound benzoic acid cream or compound salicylic acid alcohol for external use alternately, once in the morning and once in the evening. It is best to wrap the area with plastic film after applying the ointment to allow the drug to penetrate into the thick skin for easy peeling.

(4) Use foot powder to treat various types of athlete's foot. The effect is remarkable. Soak your feet once every night for 3 times. You can try it in combination.

Precautions

I hope everyone will stick to it! This is your own body! Take care of it! When taking medicine, please go to a regular pharmacy to buy it.
