It is made of cuttlebone, wine-cooked peony root, rehmannia root, processed cyperus rotundus, evodia rutaecarpa, angelica dahurica, cnidium monnieri, charcoaled mugwort, and Polygonum multiflorum. Grind all the above medicines into fine powder, mix with rice vinegar, spread on the palm of your hand (right palm), and sweat all over your body.

2. Safflower warming egg: take an egg, make a hole in it, put in 1.5g of safflower, stir well and steam until cooked. Start taking it on the second day of menstruation, take one pill a day for 9 consecutive days, then wait until the second day of the next menstruation to start taking it again, and continue taking it for 3-4 menstrual cycles. It can disperse blood stasis and warm the uterus.

3. Bird's nest porridge. Bird's nest is both nutritious and mild, and can gently regulate your body. Soak the bird's nest in clean water, wash and drain, put it into a stewing pot together with lily and snow pear (with skin), cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Add honey when eating.

4. Red ginger tea: take 50 grams of brown sugar (can be increased or decreased according to personal taste), 4 slices of peeled ginger, and cook on low heat for four to five minutes. Drink it for a few days when your period comes. I usually drink it about once a week. If you persist for a long time, the symptoms of uterine cold will be alleviated.

5. Use astragalus, jujube, or angelica to soak in water or decoct it to replenish qi and regulate blood, so that both qi and blood are abundant. This is also an effective way to expel uterine cold.

What fruits should I eat if my uterus is cold?

Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes balance and the harmony of yin and yang. People with a hot constitution should eat more cold foods, and people with a cold constitution should naturally eat more warm foods. The same principle applies to eating fruits. Women with cold uterus have a cold constitution, so they can eat some warm or hot fruits appropriately, such as lychee, peach, longan, cherry, coconut, durian, apricot, etc.

1. Hot fruits: durian, black dates, etc.

2. Warm fruits: mango, lychee, peach, longan, rambutan, nectarine, chestnut, sugar apple, coconut meat, hawthorn, ginkgo, green fruit, kumquat, black plum, cherry, red dates, plum (slightly warm), etc.

3. Neutral fruits: apples, grapes, peaches, apricots, pineapples, longans, sugar cane, passion fruit, lemons, guavas, avocados, pineapples, grapes, wax apples, oranges, sugar cane, papayas, olives, plums, Indian dates, etc.

Women with uterine cold are not suitable to eat the following fruits:

1. Cool fruits: dragon fruit, pear, apple, star fruit, mangosteen, grapefruit, strawberry, loquat, etc.

2. Cold fruits: tomatoes (slightly cold), watermelon, banana, kiwi, melon, grapefruit, orange, persimmon, coconut water, mulberry, etc.
