Sole skin ulcers

Sole skin ulcers

The skin on the soles of the feet is harder than the skin on the hands and face, so many people think that the skin on the soles of the feet should not be prone to problems. In fact, this is not the case. The skin on the soles of the feet is sometimes often in a stuffy or humid environment. It is not as breathable as the skin on the hands and face, and may be more prone to problems, such as skin ulcers on the soles of the feet. What should we do if such a problem occurs?

Athlete's foot, also known as tinea pedis and Hong Kong's foot, is a very common fungal infection of the skin. 70-80% of adults have athlete's foot, but the severity varies. It often gets worse in summer and gets better in winter, but some people never get better all year round. The skin lesions often occur unilaterally (i.e., one foot) first, and then infect the opposite side after several weeks or months. Blisters mainly appear on the soles and sides of the toes, most commonly between the third and fourth toes, and can also appear on the soles of the feet. They are deep small blisters that can gradually merge into large blisters. A characteristic of the skin lesions of tinea pedis is that they have clear boundaries and can gradually expand outward. As the disease progresses or scratching occurs, erosion, exudation, or even bacterial infection and pustules may occur. If tinea pedis is not treated in time, it can sometimes be transmitted to other parts of the body, such as causing tinea manuum and onychomycosis. Sometimes, due to scratching due to the itchiness, secondary bacterial infection can occur, which can cause serious complications.

Treatment measures 1. Magma ash treatment Magma ash is a rare sedimentary mineral formed by the deposition of fine particles containing a variety of beneficial and special trace elements from the deep geology 100 to 150 kilometers under the earth's crust during volcanic activity. The substances it contains have a strong killing effect on athlete's foot fungi and have good penetrability. It can pass through the deep skin tissue, kill the fungi in the deep skin tissue, and accelerate the healing of damaged skin wounds caused by athlete's foot. How to use: Heat the magma ash and apply it to your feet once a day for 20-30 minutes each time. It will heal in 15-20 days. 2. Home Medications (1) Erosive type: First soak the affected area in 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution or 0.1% revulol solution or in Picon Sheng Liquid Care Solution, then apply gentian violet or athlete's foot powder twice a day. After the affected area is dry, apply athlete's foot spirit or tinea root cleanser twice a day. (2) Blister type: Soak your feet in hot water every day and then apply some medicine, such as Piconshengye Concentrate.

(3) Keratotic type: Apply Piconsheng Liquid Concentrate or Compound Benzoic Acid Cream or alternate with Compound Salicylic Acid Alcohol, once in the morning and once in the evening. It is best to wrap the area with plastic film after applying the medicine so that the medicine can penetrate into the thick skin and facilitate peeling off the thick skin. (4) In recent years, it has been used clinically to treat various types of athlete's foot, with significant results. Soaking feet once a night will be effective after three times. See instructions for specific usage.

3. Chinese medicine and folk prescriptions

(1) Grind any one of alum, phellodendron, gallnut, or cuttlefish bone into powder and set aside. After washing your feet, sprinkle it on the affected area. Suitable for erosive type. (2) Take 30g each of Sophora flavescens, Dictamni, Portulaca oleracea, and Plantago, and 15g each of Atractylodes lancea and Phellodendron amurense. Decoction and wash with the medicine 1-2 times a day. It is effective for blister type or infection. (3) Take any one of the following: 30 grams of soap beans, 15 grams of Sichuan peppercorns, or 30 grams of Impatiens balsamina. Put them into half a pound of vinegar. Soak for a day and then soak your feet in it for 20 minutes every night before going to bed. Continuous treatment for 7 days is effective for the keratinizing type. (4) Apply the Golden Sophora Flavescentis and White Snake Toner Wash to your feet 8 times a day. No need to clean, the skin will absorb it automatically. Note: Do not swallow or get into eyes, and keep out of reach of children.

4. Athlete's foot is a contagious skin disease and scratching should be avoided. If not treated in time, it may spread to other parts of the body, such as causing tinea manuum and onychomycosis. Sometimes, due to scratching, the itching may lead to secondary bacterial infection, which may cause serious complications. Foot basins and foot towels should be used separately to avoid infecting others.

5. While using medication for treatment, the shoes and socks worn by the patient must be disinfected. You can expose them to sunlight or wash them in boiling water. It is best to dip a cloth in 10% formalin solution and stuff it into the shoes. Then put them in a plastic bag and seal them for 48 hours to achieve the purpose of sterilization.

6. "Nano-Chinese medicine sterilization therapy" This therapy uses advanced instrument detection and reasonable formulation of Chinese patent medicine for external use. It can quickly control the growth of fungi in a short period of time. With the cooperation of the patient, it can quickly eliminate the recurrence of athlete's foot from the root. It completely eliminates pathogenic fungi and free viral gene fragments in human blood, repairs the immune system, and prompts the body to automatically produce powerful pathogenic fungal immune antibodies. This lifelong immune antibody completely cuts off the replication of pathogenic fungi in the human body, establishes a green isolation barrier in the body, and continuously performs immune self-repair to prevent the recurrence of onychomycosis. 7. The latest treatment technology for athlete's foot, "NAM Nano-Silver Ion Therapy", can treat athlete's foot and quickly deliver drugs to the lesions, eliminate the pathogenic fungi of tinea pedis, kill various dermatophytes, improve immunity, inhibit secondary infection, and truly achieve one-time cure and never relapse. "Nano-Silver Ion Therapy" breaks through the weakness of oral and topical medicines for treating athlete's foot for many years that cannot completely kill pathogenic fungi, and truly and thoroughly kills dermatophytes, allowing athlete's foot patients to be treated once and never be invaded again!
