How long does it take to recover from hairline adjustment?

Everyone has a different hairline. If the hairline is lower than the normal height, it will make people look dull and inactive, while if it is higher than the normal height, it will give people a sense of being too mature. Especially for women, a high hairline is simply a nightmare. By adjusting the hairline reasonably, you can make it look more in line with your facial features. The recovery time after adjustment varies according to individual physical conditions, and generally goes through the following three periods:

Survival period of skin graft: Hairline adjustment is achieved by using autologous hair transplantation on the patient. There is no rejection phenomenon or side effects after hair transplantation, and the survival rate is very high. 1. Sleep in a semi-recumbent position three days after surgery to facilitate blood circulation. 2. Do not wash your hair within four days after the hairline adjustment surgery. You can wash your hair with shampoo after four days, but do not rub the implanted area too hard. 3. Avoid strenuous exercise for 1 week after the operation and avoid touching the transplant site to avoid damaging the transplanted embryo. Avoid spicy, irritating foods and seafood for 1 week after surgery. 4. The scab that grows on the transplant site will fall off naturally 7 to 10 days after the operation and must not be removed by hand. 5. After four days, you can do light exercise, and after ten days, you can increase the amount of exercise slightly, but you cannot do strenuous body collision exercises for at least three weeks.

Shedding period: After the hairline adjustment surgery, you can see the basic shape of the transplanted hairline. Twenty days to one month after the transplant, the implanted hair follicles will enter a dormant period, and about 80% of the hair shafts will fall off. This is a normal phenomenon, so don't worry too much. Maintain a healthy diet and eat more protein. Avoid being too bitter or too sour. Being too bitter will cause the hair to fall off, while being too sour will make the hair dull and lifeless.

Regrowth period: New hair will regrow after about 3 months to half a year and continue to grow. We can see the initial effect of hair growth, which is already very good at this time. Of course, it will be fully apparent at 9-12 months. Some people may ask, why is the hair transplantation effect not very good after 12 months? Then because of personal physical problems, some people have good physical fitness and the recovery time will be shorter, while some people have slightly worse physical fitness and the recovery time may be longer. This will not affect the final hair transplantation effect. Although new hair will grow, we still need to manage our hair carefully, have a regular lifestyle, and eat properly, then our hair will be healthy and beautiful.
