Sixth, in the life of husband and wife, they should cooperate with each other and understand each other, otherwise it is easy to have sexual dysfunctions such as impotence, premature ejaculation or abnormal ejaculation.

In addition, be careful to avoid contact with toxic items in life, such as: leaving clothes from the dry cleaners for a few days before wearing them, because dry cleaning agents can affect men's sexual function. Long-term exposure to high temperatures at work, long-term contact with pesticides and some heavy metals, such as lead, mercury, fluorine or sulfide, as well as chemical drugs and radiation therapy for cancer treatment will cause irreversible damage to reproductive function, reduce male fertility and even cause infertility.

Finally, we must learn to reduce psychological stress. Listening to music, chatting, and traveling can all help adjust our mood. If you are under a lot of work pressure, you can change jobs to avoid making yourself too nervous and anxious. Sometimes the more you want to have a baby quickly, the more counterproductive it is. A relaxed attitude can restore the regulatory function of the human neuroendocrine system, improve sperm quality, and thus enhance fertility.
