Plantain for gout, clever way to treat gout

Plantain is a common Chinese herbal medicine, and it is also effective in treating gout. 1. Plantain Drink

The whole plant of Plantain is used as medicine, 30-60 grams of the dry product and 60-120 grams of the fresh product, decocted in water and taken twice a day. 2. Plantago asiatica porridge

Use 100 grams of polished japonica rice and 25 grams of plantain seeds. First wash the japonica rice and set aside. Use equal parts of Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, Plantago seed, Alisma orientalis, Paeonia lactiflora, Tangerine peel, and roasted Licorice root, and decoct in water for oral administration.
