Everyone is careless sometimes in daily life, bumps and bruises are common, and bruises may appear on the body if you are not careful. Ladies who care about their appearance don’t want any marks on their skin. When they find bruises on their bodies, they want to remove them immediately. Here are some introductions to the fastest ways to remove bruises. Ladies can try these methods. Bruises are caused by bleeding under the skin. The skin around the human eyes is thin and loose, so it is easy for bleeding to accumulate, resulting in dark circles. A bruise may initially appear blue or purple-black, then slowly fade to brown, green, or yellow. How to get rid of bruises quickly? 1. Apply an ice pack to the bruise. For the first few days after the bruise, apply an ice pack to the area for 15 minutes every few hours throughout the day. Ice can reduce inflammation and swelling, helping bruises heal faster. 2. You can apply hot compress (warm) after two days. After using ice to reduce inflammation, you can apply heat (warm, making sure not to overheat) directly to the bruise. Warm compress can promote blood circulation in the area and speed up recovery. 3. Elevate the bruised area. If the bruise is in a part of your body that you can lift, such as a limb, you can reduce blood flow to the bruise by elevating it above your heart. This will reduce swelling and allow blood to flow back into the bruise, preventing it from getting worse and flowing into the bruise. Elevating the area is most effective when done soon after the bruise occurs. 4. Do not engage in strenuous exercise. For the first day or two after your bruise, avoid any strenuous activity that would increase blood flow throughout your body. The more blood flows to the bruise, the worse it will become. 5. Gently massage the bruise. Use your thumb to gently massage the area around the bruise. Do not apply pressure or try to massage the center of the bruise, as this may cause pain. Make sure you massage in circular motions. Doing so can stimulate lymphatic function and help the body eliminate congestion naturally. 6. Expose the bruised area to sunlight. If you expose your bruise to direct sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes a day, the ultraviolet rays will begin to break down bilirubin, the substance that makes bruises yellow. Exposure to sunlight can help speed up this process and make your bruise fade faster. 7. Rub the bruise with vinegar and water . Mix vinegar with warm water and rub it on the bruise. Vinegar can increase blood circulation in the surface layer of the skin, helping bruises heal faster. 8. Apply and take vitamin C. Getting enough vitamin C can help bruises heal faster by taking two approaches. 9. Crush the parsley and apply it directly to the bruise. Parsley may contain anti-inflammatory properties that may help bruises heal faster. 10. Eat fresh ginger. Like parsley, fresh ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties and is great for supporting your immune system. Cut fresh ginger into pieces, soak it in hot water for a few minutes and drink it. You can also take ginger powder capsules or crush fresh ginger and apply it directly to the bruise. |
