What is the soft tissue density shadow in the lungs? In this case, it is considered to be a lung mass, and malignant tumors cannot be ruled out. It is recommended that you continue to visit the thoracic surgery department of a regular hospital, combined with CT examination and pleural effusion or tumor pathology examination to further clarify the diagnosis. It is recommended to go to the respiratory department or oncology department of a better local regular hospital as soon as possible for further relevant examinations (excluding whether there is metastasis, etc.). If the physical condition is good, there are no large blood vessels near the tumor and no metastasis has occurred, surgery + radiotherapy is recommended.
