What is the cause of breast lymph nodes?

Breast lymph nodes are relatively common in life. Some female friends do not pay special attention to breast health in daily life, which often leads to the occurrence of breast diseases. Breast lymph nodes are relatively serious and are often caused by lymphadenitis. At this time, it is necessary to conduct a good examination in time, strengthen prevention, conduct follow-up visits in time, and do regular follow-up work.

What is the cause of breast hyperplasia and lymph nodes?

The occurrence of breast hyperplasia and lymph nodes troubles many female friends, making them at a loss about this situation. They don’t know why this situation occurs and how to deal with it. If a female friend has symptoms of breast hyperplasia and lymph nodes in the breast, it actually means that she has breast hyperplasia and is accompanied by lymph node inflammation. Breast hyperplasia is actually what we usually call lobular hyperplasia.

There are many reasons why female friends may suffer from breast hyperplasia and lymph node symptoms. Emotions in daily life can have a great impact on the breast area. If female friends are emotionally unstable, easily irritable, or have too much mental pressure, they always think about too many things and get anxious and angry, which causes liver fire in the body, liver and spleen qi stagnation, and causes excessive secretion of estrogen in the body. At this time, the endocrine system in the body will be disordered, resulting in breast hyperplasia, which will not only cause enlarged axillary lymph nodes in patients, but also menstrual disorders, constipation and other symptoms.

Is there any relationship between breast lymph nodes and breast cancer? Breast cancer invades the lymphatic vessels and begins to metastasize to the local lymphatic drainage area. In most cases, the site of metastasis is the lymph nodes under the armpit on the same side. Therefore, symptoms of the axillary lymph nodes appear. Lymph nodes often grow slowly from small to large, and the number of lymph nodes also increases slowly from a small number at the beginning. At the beginning, the lymph nodes can be lost, but in the end they fuse with each other and are fixed. Breast cancer can metastasize to the axillary lymph nodes on the same side, and can also metastasize to the axillary lymph nodes on the other side through the anterior chest wall and internal mammary lymph nodes. The incidence rate is about 5%. In addition, patients with advanced breast cancer also have lymph node metastases on the same side of the clavicle, and even on the opposite side of the clavicle. If there is no lump in the breast, few people will seek medical treatment when the axillary lymph nodes are swollen. However, the occurrence of axillary lymph nodes has been pathologically confirmed as metastatic cancer, and the axillary lymph nodes spread to a wide range, involving the breast area, so breast lymph nodes are also one of the symptoms.
