Treat bruises: 1 to 2 liang of fresh Bidens pilosa and Wolf grass (the amount of dry ones decreases accordingly). Decoction in water, add one or two liang of rice wine, drink it while warm, once a day, usually three times in a row.

Treat weakness in the limbs: Herba Lycopodii. Take it as a decoction.

To treat snake bites and insect bites: Take 2 liang of fresh Bidens pilosa L., add water as needed, boil it into a small half bowl, and drink it while warm; crush the residue and apply it on the wound, repeat this method twice a day.

To treat gas gangrene: wash fresh Bidens pilosa and Wolf grass with cold boiled water, and decoct them into a decoction for fumigation and washing.
