Osteoporosis, muscle weakness, pain, gastrointestinal symptoms, epistaxis, etc. 5. Taking the drug during pregnancy can lead to spontaneous abortion and fetal malformations. 6. Laboratory tests can cause rapid erythrocyte sedimentation rate, elevated liver enzymes, elevated blood lipids, elevated blood sugar, and decreased platelets. Most of the above side effects are reversible and can be gradually recovered after stopping the medication. The severity of side effects is related to the dosage of the drug, the length of treatment and individual tolerance. For mild adverse reactions, there is no need to stop the medication, or the dosage can be reduced. For severe adverse reactions, the medication should be stopped immediately and the patient should go to the hospital for appropriate treatment by a doctor.
