Toothache at night, no pain during the day

Adequate sleep can make us full of energy to study and work the next day. Not only that, sleep is beauty care. People who lack sleep for a long time will not look very good. Getting enough sleep is not an easy thing. Sometimes you are busy with work and have to stay up late; sometimes you are not feeling well and cannot sleep at all. Just like toothache, many times the toothache is not obvious during the day, but once it comes at night, the toothache makes you unable to sleep. What should you do?

First, let us understand what tooth decay is. Tooth decay, sometimes also called tooth cavities, is scientifically known as dental caries. The main cause of its formation is dental plaque.

Plaque is an almost colorless film on the surface of teeth that contains bacteria that cause tooth decay. After each meal, these bacteria in dental plaque react chemically with the sugars or starches in the food to produce acids that corrode the teeth. Over time, the enamel of the teeth will be destroyed, forming small, fragile cavities. If the condition continues to worsen, it will form cavities, which is called tooth decay. So, tooth decay develops from small cavities. It is not that there are really worms or any other insects, but it is the result of gradual corrosion of the teeth.

In severe cases, tooth decay can lead to tooth death and loss. For cavities that have already formed, you must go to the dentist immediately and let the dentist take timely measures to fill the cavities and prevent them from getting worse.

Compared with those who used non-fluoride toothpaste, those who used fluoride toothpaste had significantly improved small cavities.

We hereby call on everyone to pay attention to the problem of tooth decay. Do not take an indifferent attitude. Actively seek help from a dentist, insist on using high-quality fluoride toothpaste, abandon the misconception that "toothache is not a disease", and ensure the health of your teeth, otherwise you will be the one who suffers in the end. After getting tooth decay, it is even more necessary to use high-quality fluoride toothpaste. As the saying goes, "it's never too late to mend."

Because high-quality fluoride toothpaste, such as Crest Fluoride anti-caries toothpaste, can use fluoride ions to enter the surface of teeth to form a protective layer to help resist the erosion of acidic substances, thereby helping to prevent the deterioration of tooth decay; on the other hand, this fluoride ion can act on other teeth and promote the remineralization of teeth for some potential tooth decay risks, that is, small cavities, and repair these early small cavities to avoid further development and formation of tooth decay.
