The patient walks backwards on a flat ground, trying not to bend his knees, relaxing his waist, making fists with his hands, wrapping his thumbs with his four fingers, and swinging his arms freely back and forth. He can also use his hands to hold backwards and tap his waist lightly. Walk backwards for 100 to 200 steps each time, 2 to 3 times a day. After half a month, the lower back pain will be significantly relieved.

4. Treat low back pain by pinching the Achilles tendon

The patient kneels on the bed and pinches the Achilles tendons on the upper back of the heels of both feet with the middle sections of the thumbs and index fingers of both hands. Apply a little force and press frequently to relieve low back pain.

Causes of low back pain

Any factors and diseases that cause low back involvement may cause low back pain. They include: sudden weight bearing or twisting, lumbar trauma, improper body position, long-term living in a damp environment and cold waist, hydronephrosis and stones, etc. Common diseases that cause low back pain symptoms include: lumbar disc disease, degenerative spondylitis, lumbar muscle strain, lumbar myofibrosis, kidney and ureter disease, pelvic inflammatory disease, female menstruation, trauma, etc.

How to check back pain

If you find back pain, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible, and the doctor will complete the following examinations according to the situation:

Urinalysis; blood routine test, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, antistreptococcus "O", rheumatoid factor, HLA-B27, alkaline phosphatase and acid phosphatase, etc.; X-ray, CT, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
