Method: Prepare 6 slices of ginger, cut into small pieces, add 500 ml of water, boil over high heat first, then continue over low heat for 2 minutes; finally pour in the prepared brown sugar.

Astragalus and Angelica Decoction

Astragalus and Angelica Decoction can help replenish qi and blood, nourish the kidneys and aid pregnancy. It has a particularly good conditioning effect on women with weak corpus luteum and poor ovulation.

Preparation method: 15 grams of Lu Codonopsis pilosula, 6 grams of Chuanxiong, 12 grams each of raw Astragalus, whole Angelica sinensis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Morinda officinalis, Cistanche deserticola, Ligustrum lucidum, Morus alba, Xianlingpai, Banyan leaves, and Acorus calamus. Take it decoction-style, starting 5 days before ovulation, for 12 consecutive doses.

Chaihu Chishao Decoction

Chaihu Chishao Decoction can help nourish the kidneys and regulate menstruation. It can be used to treat women with menstrual disorders, abnormal ovulation or anovulation.

Preparation method: 6 grams of bupleurum, 10 grams each of red peony root, white peony root, Millettia reticulata, Codonopsis pilosula, Zedoariae rhizome, Sappan wood, Achyranthes bidentata, Ligustrum lucidum, Rubus idaeus, Cuscuta australis, Lycium barbarum, and raw Pollen Typhae. Boil all the ingredients in water and take 3 to 6 doses when your basal body temperature is the lowest, and take it for another 3 days when your basal body temperature is the highest. Please note that if you have other physical discomfort, add or reduce the dosage of medicinal materials under the guidance of a doctor.

Cuscuta chinensis and Codonopsis pilosula decoction

Cuscuta australis and Codonopsis pilosula decoction can help nourish the kidney and strengthen yang, treat kidney qi deficiency, and has a good regulating effect on the inability to ovulate on time.

Method: prepare 20 grams of Cuscuta australis, 15 grams of processed Morinda officinalis, 10 grams of Epimedium, 10 grams of Angelica sinensis, 20 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 6 grams of roasted Licorice root, and 5 grams of cooked Aconitum. 15 grams of cooked rehmannia and 20 grams of wolfberry. Boil all the herbs in water and take 10 doses. If you have other physical discomfort, increase or decrease the dosage of medicinal materials under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Notes

1. Women should keep a happy spirit during the ovulation period and avoid mental stimulation and mood swings. In particular, some women experience lower abdominal distension, back pain, breast pain, mild diarrhea, fatigue, drowsiness, emotional instability, irritability or depression during menstruation. These are all normal conditions and there is no need to be overly nervous.

2. Women should pay attention to hygiene during ovulation to prevent infection. Pay attention to the hygiene of the external genitalia. Women must remember that they must not have sexual intercourse during their menstrual period. At the same time, you should keep warm and avoid cold stimulation. Avoid overwork. People with heavy menstrual bleeding should avoid eating brown sugar.

3. Women should choose cotton and soft underwear during ovulation. Change your underwear every day, wash it promptly, and place it in a ventilated place. If conditions permit, it is best to dry it in the sun.
