Women suddenly have frequent urination and cannot urinate completely

Frequent urination, urgent urination, incomplete urination and other irritating symptoms in women are manifestations of urinary tract infection. Frequent urination can be explained as an increase in the number of urinations. Some people urinate 4 to 5 times per hour, or even more than 10 times, and the amount of urine each time is more than 10 milliliters or several milliliters. Urinary urgency means that you need to urinate as soon as you feel the urge to urinate, even without having time to take off your pants. Incomplete urination refers to the residual urine at the end of urination, with urine dripping and not being completely discharged.

The main cause of frequent urination, urgency and incomplete urination is infection, and there are many causes of infection.

There are many reasons for frequent urination, urgent urination, and incomplete urination. There are probably the following reasons for frequent urination, urgent urination, and incomplete urination in women:

(1) Increased urine volume: Under physiological conditions, such as drinking a lot of water, the urine volume will increase due to the increase in water intake, and the number of urinations will also increase, resulting in frequent urination. Under pathological conditions, such as some patients with diabetes and diabetes insipidus, they drink a lot of water, urinate a lot, and urinate frequently.

(2) Inflammatory stimulation: Acute cystitis, tuberculous cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, vulvitis, etc. can all cause frequent urination. Under the stimulation of inflammation, frequent urination, urgency and pain may occur simultaneously, which is called urinary tract irritation syndrome.

(3) Non-inflammatory irritation: such as urinary stones, foreign bodies, etc.

(4) Reduced bladder capacity: such as bladder space-occupying lesions, tuberculous bladder contracture or large bladder stones.

(5) Psychoneural urinary frequency. It is necessary to go to the hospital for further detailed examination to clarify the cause and carry out targeted and effective treatment. Generally speaking, frequent urination is caused by inflammation, so you should take it seriously and go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment. Otherwise, it is easy for the infection to spread and become difficult to treat.

Patients who suffer from frequent urination, urgent urination, and incomplete urination, especially those who suffer from recurrent urination, should avoid taking medication at random and should go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment as soon as possible.
