3. Kidney Yin deficiency, treatment method: tonify Qi and blood. Chinese herbal prescription: Interaction between Yi Guan Jian and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan. Prescription: 15g each of Adenophora Root, Ophiopogon japonicus, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Rehmannia glutinosa, Lycium barbarum, Rehmannia glutinosa, Cornus officinalis, Chinese yam, Alisma orientalis, Coix seed, and Codonopsis pilosula, 10g each of Toosendan Fructus, Dioscorea bulbifera, Kelp, Pumice, and Notopterygium wilfordii.

4. Spleen and kidney yang deficiency, treatment method: warm the middle and strengthen the spleen, support yang, tonify the kidney and strengthen yang. Chinese medicine prescription: Yougui Pills interaction. Prescription: 15g each of cooked rehmannia, Chinese yam, wolfberry, eucommia, dodder seed, and ligusticum chuanxiong, 3g of Lute Technology, 6g of cinnamon powder, 10g each of antler glue and cornus fruit.

5. Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis. Treatment method: nourish blood, relieve cough and resolve phlegm, eliminate goiter and resolve nodules. Chinese medicine prescription: prescription based on work experience. Prescription: 30g raw astragalus, 15g each of Pseudostellaria baicalensis, Coix seed, and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 10g each of Fritillaria thunbergii, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Scabra, Trillium, and Peach Kernel. For those with both yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire, add 20g of raw rehmannia and 12g of northern adenophora; for those with obvious yang deficiency, add 5g each of cinnamon twig and Lu Te Ke Ke; for those with hard lumps, add 6g of Trillium.
