The difference between early miscarriage and menstruation

The common symptom of miscarriage and menstruation is vaginal bleeding, but the difference between them is very large. For example, menstruation is a normal physiological reaction and is regular, with about the same time every month, while the symptom of miscarriage is mainly that only a small amount of blood flows out of the vagina, which often causes abdominal pain, which is a common sign of miscarriage.

The difference between early miscarriage and menstruation

First, menstruation. The regular vaginal bleeding that women have once a month is called menstruation. As long as female friends reach puberty, their ovaries will gradually mature and secrete female hormones, causing changes in the endometrium, which is called menstruation. Generally speaking, a woman's normal menstrual cycle is 28 days, and menstruation lasts 3-5 days. Many female friends will continue to experience breast development, emotional instability, lower abdominal distension, and stomach pain before or between menstruation, which will have adverse effects on women.

Second, early miscarriage. Abortion refers to the death of the fetus in the mother's body before 24 weeks of pregnancy due to physical weakness or kidney deficiency. During a miscarriage, women may experience abdominal cramps and vaginal bleeding, and may also have red discharge. According to medical research, 50% of embryos cannot develop successfully in the mother's body and will be excreted from the body along with menstrual blood. In addition to menstrual blood, some tissue will also be discharged. The blood is also particularly bright, and translucent substances will appear.

What are the causes of early miscarriage?

Miscarriage in early pregnancy, especially within 8 weeks of pregnancy, is most common, and 80% of them are due to abnormal embryo development. Examination of the discharge from early miscarriage may reveal that the embryo is underdeveloped, soft and withered, or there is only an amniotic sac without the embryo. Abnormal embryonic development is caused by abnormal fertilized eggs or incomplete development and function of trophoblasts.

Life is full of disappointments, and many things are unavoidable and uncontrollable for us, so all we can do is to heal ourselves, and the same goes for pregnant mothers. When mothers suffer miscarriage, not only the mothers are hurt, but their family and friends are also very sad. However, life must go on, and we must adjust our mentality and recover our bodies.
