There are nearly a hundred meridian acupoints, extra meridian acupoints and holographic acupoints distributed on the palms of the human body. Frequent stimulation of the palm acupoints, whether it is the impact, friction, vibration of the left and right palms, and flexion and extension of the fingers, can produce incredible fitness effects.

Some people may say, there are so many acupoints on the palms, how can I know which acupoints are beneficial to me. Of course, if you can study the acupoints on your palms, it would be best to find out the acupoints corresponding to the five internal organs according to your auxiliary disease treatment needs. But it is difficult for most people to do it. However, with multi-directional palm movements, some acupoints will always be pressed correctly. 1. Make an empty fist with one hand, and tap the palm, thenar eminence and five fingers of the other hand; 2. Make fists with both hands at the same time, and suddenly straighten the five fingers, or cross the hands and make fists; 3. Open both hands, and use the base of the thumb or other fingers of one hand to continuously cross-strike the corresponding base of the thumb and fingers of the other hand; 4. Use the five fingers of one hand to hold one finger of the other hand, and rotate it back and forth, and do it with the five fingers in turn, or try to pull it outwards, and hold each finger for five seconds. 5. Hit the palms of your hands together or the backs of your hands together.
