Mailuoning Injection

Mailuoning is mainly used to treat vascular occlusive diseases. It can dilate blood vessels and improve blood circulation. The antihypertensive effect is very weak. Mailuoning injection can solve breathing difficulties, anaphylactic shock, angina pectoris, etc. Certain medications are not recommended for high diastolic blood pressure. 1. Pharmacological action:

It has myocardial protective effect. This product can reduce the proportion of myocardial necrosis area in the danger zone; it can reduce the damage to myocardial fibers, mitochondria, and cell membranes, and reduce the degree of myocardial cell damage in the in vitro cultured myocardial cell hypoxia and glucose-deficiency model induced by high-purity nitrogen. It has a protective effect on brain tissue. This product can significantly reduce the scope of cerebral infarction in the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rat model, reduce capillary permeability, brain water content and brain index; increase cerebral blood flow (CBF) in dogs and improve cerebral circulation. It has anti-thrombotic effect.

This product can reduce the weight of inferior vena cava thrombus and prolong the time of thrombus formation; reduce the content of fibrinogen in plasma and prolong the prothrombin time. It has the effect of improving microcirculation and blood rheology. This product can increase the blood flow of the conjunctival microcirculation of the rabbit model of microcirculation disorder caused by high molecular weight dextran, increase the number of open capillaries, and alleviate microcirculation disorder; it can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the rabbit. It has the effect of dilating blood vessels.

2. Adverse reactions:

If you are satisfied with the efficacy of this product, the following are possible adverse reactions, but they are not certain to occur in everyone.
