What are the symptoms of uterine erosion?

Uterine erosion, also known as cervical erosion, is a relatively common gynecological disease. The incidence of cervical erosion has been relatively high in recent years. When it occurs, it often causes an increase in leucorrhea. Sometimes women will have symptoms of vulvar pain and itching. Sometimes when you are tired from work, it will cause pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region. It is easy to cause symptoms of frequent urination and urgency. More serious cases can cause infertility.

What are the early symptoms of cervical erosion:

1. Increased vaginal discharge: This phenomenon is the most representative symptom of cervical erosion. Generally, when the disease occurs, the vaginal discharge is milky white or light yellow purulent secretions, and sometimes bleeding and bloody phenomena will occur. 2. Itching and pain in the vulva: Since the increase of leucorrhea will irritate the vulva and vagina, it will cause women to suffer from vulvitis or vaginitis, causing patients to feel very itchy and painful in the vulva and vagina. 3. Pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region: When the inflammation is very severe, it will spread along the uterosacral ligament and cardinal ligament, leading to pelvic connective tissue inflammation and eventually causing pain in the lower abdomen or lumbosacral region, as well as a feeling of falling. 4. Frequent urination or difficulty urinating: When the inflammation involves the trigone or surrounding area of the bladder, frequent urination or difficulty urinating will occur. 5. Infertility: When a woman has very sticky leucorrhea, sperm cannot penetrate it, thus causing cervicitis and making it impossible to get pregnant.

Severe cervical erosion has the following symptoms:

1. Increased vaginal discharge. When cervical erosion is severe, the patient's leucorrhea will increase, and the leucorrhea will be yellow in color, very sticky in texture, and accompanied by an unpleasant foul odor. 2. Vulvar itching. The increase in inflammatory leucorrhea and long-term irritation to the vulva can cause symptoms of vulvar itching. 3. There is blood in the leucorrhea. Some patients with severe cervical erosion will find blood in their leucorrhea, and sometimes contact bleeding and irregular vaginal bleeding will occur after sexual intercourse.

4. Frequent and urgent urination. The symptoms of severe cervical erosion may spread to other organs, and patients will experience symptoms such as frequent urination and urgency. 5. Lower abdominal pain. When the symptoms of severe cervical erosion spread to the pelvic cavity, patients will experience symptoms such as lower abdominal pain and lumbar pain. Severe cervical erosion with polyps can indeed lead to infertility. Severe cervical erosion is a chronic inflammation of the cervix caused by bacterial infection. Inflammation can affect the cervical canal, causing endocervicitis and producing purulent discharge. This purulent secretion is thicker and can affect sperm motility. Sperm motility weakens, the number of sperm entering the uterine cavity and reaching the fallopian tubes decreases, the chance of fertilization decreases, and pregnancy becomes more difficult. In addition, the two small polyps in the cervix further hinder the upward movement of sperm, greatly reducing the chance of conception.
