What are the consequences of a broken lace?

The frenulum may not seem to have any impact on the body, but in fact, problems with the frenulum can be quite serious. Because once the frenulum is damaged or broken, it should be impossible to connect again. The frenulum in the male body grows near the reproductive organs and is also the most sensitive part of the male body. If the frenulum is broken, it will cause great trouble to the male's life, so special attention needs to be paid. So what are the consequences of a broken frenulum?

Effects of frenulum rupture on men

The frenulum is mainly responsible for somatic sensation and afferent pudendal nerve, the most important branch of the dorsal penile nerve, which is distributed to the back of the penis, mainly the skin of the glans. In particular, one of its small branches is specifically distributed to the frenulum, so the frenulum is very sensitive to external stimuli. It and the coronal margin are the most sensitive parts of the penis and are one of the important sexual sensitivity areas of men.

1. Sexual intercourse causes repeated tearing and bleeding of the frenulum of the foreskin. Long-term and repeated pain during sexual intercourse not only affects and dilutes the feeling of sexual pleasure, but also affects the frequency, amplitude and strength of penis twitching, making it difficult to stimulate the excitement of the ejaculation center, making ejaculation less likely to occur and painful. It will also limit erection and make sexual intercourse impossible to complete.

2. Infection caused by frenulum tearing: If the frenulum is too short, it is easy to tear during sexual intercourse, and the tearing will lead to infection, and then cause other urinary and reproductive system diseases.

Therefore, doctors recommend that frenulum removal surgery be performed in cases where the frenulum is too short and easily broken.

Frenulum

There is a skin fold in the middle of the penis that connects the glans and the penis body, called the frenulum. Because each person's penis development is different, the length and tension of the frenulum are also different. If it is short and tight, the glans will tilt downward during erection and may be torn due to excessive force during sexual intercourse, causing bleeding and pain. Frenulum rupture is mostly caused by excessive or improper force during sexual intercourse, and often occurs in people with foreskin that is too long.
