What are the types of acne?

Acne is a common skin disease in our daily life. There are many types of acne. For example, whiteheads are closed acne, which are mainly caused by excessive thickness of the stratum corneum. There are also blackheads, also called open acne. The most important cause of acne is endocrine disorders. Failure to pay attention to personal hygiene and skin cleansing may lead to acne.

What are the categories of pimples ? Pimples are the beginning of acne and are difficult to remove. Picking pimples or squeezing pus at random can easily leave scars. Acne is divided into whiteheads and blackheads. Whiteheads can be called closed comedones, which are more difficult to cure clinically.

Whiteheads are caused when the opening of the sebaceous gland of the hair follicle is blocked by keratinocytes, and is filled with keratinized substances and sebum, which prevents it from communicating with the outside world, forming closed comedones that appear as slightly protruding whiteheads. These are called closed comedones and appear as small yellowish-white dots. Closed comedones are difficult to cure clinically. Whiteheads appear because the stratum corneum is too thick. Whiteheads are unstable comedones (closed type) and can easily develop into pimples. Blackheads , also known as blackheads, are open comedones (the surface layer of the sebum that clogs the pores is directly exposed to the outside and comes into contact with the air and dust in the air). Blackheads are common in adolescents during puberty, and are prone to occur on the face, chest and back. They are characterized by black spots in significantly enlarged pores, which look like small worms when squeezed out, with black tips.

How does acne form? 1. Inadequate cleaning   If the face is not cleansed thoroughly, daily sun protection is not done well, and makeup removal is not done properly, the dirt remaining in the pores will irritate the skin and form acne, and the thick stratum corneum will also clog the pores and form acne. Recommendation: Perform basic cleansing in the morning and evening, use a facial cleanser with moderate cleansing strength, and then hydrate and moisturize; do a good job of sun protection every day; remove makeup in time after returning home, choose a clean and thorough makeup remover product, and do deep cleansing and exfoliation periodically. Personal items such as bedding, towels, etc. should be washed regularly.

2. Endocrine disorders Endocrine disorders in the human body can also lead to acne. Taking diet pills, menstrual induction drugs, contraceptives, abortions, mental stress, excessive fatigue, and excessive pressure are all causes of endocrine disorders. Recommendations: Avoid taking drugs that affect your endocrine system; maintain a happy and optimistic mood; work moderately and pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and reasonably reduce your stress and relax. 3. Using inferior cosmetics , especially inferior powder, foundation and other base makeup products, can easily clog pores, cause rough skin, damage skin, and cause acne. Recommendation: You should buy cosmetics through formal channels in guaranteed stores, do not buy "three-no" products, and do a good job of removing makeup after applying it to avoid clogging pores. 4. Picking and scratching can cause infection. Many people like to squeeze, pick, and pick with a needle when they have acne. However, randomly squeezing acne may cause bacterial infection, thereby causing and aggravating acne. Recommendation: When you get acne, avoid scratching it with your hands. If you really need to squeeze out the acne, use clean and sterile tools or find a professional to clean it. Do not touch the acne with your hands normally to prevent the bacteria on your hands from aggravating the acne.
