Pinch the auricle1: Place your palms facing your auricles, rub them clockwise for 20 times, then rub them counterclockwise for 20 times, and do this 3 times in the morning and evening. Do not use too much force when kneading. It is best to let both earlobes become red and red, which can improve the tinnitus problem. 6. Pinch the tragus1: The tragus is also called the little ear. Use your thumb and index finger to continuously squeeze and relax the tragus. Do this for both tragus at the same time, 20 to 30 times each time. It is best to pinch until both tragus become warm. 7: Pushing the Morgen Method1: Place your index finger in front of your ear and your thumb behind your ear, and massage along the base of the ear from bottom to top, 40 to 50 times each time.
