What to do if the eardrum is perforated and the tinnitus occurs? There are ways to treat tinnitus

I don’t know if you have ever had this experience: there is nothing around you, but there is still a buzzing sound in your ears. This is a symptom of tinnitus. There are many causes of tinnitus, such as a perforated eardrum. In life, many people suffer from eardrum perforation due to the bad habit of picking their ears. The following methods can be used to treat tinnitus caused by eardrum perforation.

1. Loosen the earlobes

1: Place your palms facing the auricle, gently press down towards the inner ear, then gently release your hands. Repeat this process for 3 to 5 minutes each time at first, and then increase to 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat this process twice a day, morning and evening. It is very effective in preventing tinnitus.

2. Ming Tian Gu Method

1: Every morning and before going to bed, rub your palms together to warm them up, then press the auricles on both sides tightly. Put your fingers together and place them on the top of your head or the back of your head. Place your index finger on top of your middle finger, and then use your index finger to slide and tap the back of your head or the top of your head until you hear a drumming sound. Tap 20 to 40 times each time.

3. Twisting the ears

1: Gently insert your index finger into the external ear canal and rotate it back and forth 20 times each. Apply force evenly and do not rotate too fast to avoid damaging the skin inside the ear. Do not do it with both ears at the same time, but alternate between left and right.

4. Over-the-head ear pull

1: After getting up every morning, use your right hand to pull the upper part of your left earlobe 20 times from your head, and then use your left hand to pull the upper part of your right earlobe 20 times. Practicing this method regularly can prevent deafness, keep the body light and the brain healthy, and prevent tinnitus.

5. Pinch the auricle

1: Place your palms facing your auricles, rub them clockwise for 20 times, then rub them counterclockwise for 20 times, and do this 3 times in the morning and evening. Do not use too much force when kneading. It is best to let both earlobes become red and red, which can improve the tinnitus problem.

6. Pinch the tragus

1: The tragus is also called the little ear. Use your thumb and index finger to continuously squeeze and relax the tragus. Do this for both tragus at the same time, 20 to 30 times each time. It is best to pinch until both tragus become warm.

7: Pushing the Morgen Method

1: Place your index finger in front of your ear and your thumb behind your ear, and massage along the base of the ear from bottom to top, 40 to 50 times each time. After pushing, you will feel your ears getting hot, and your face and head will also feel hot.

8: When you are not working, use your hands

Block both ears at the same time, squeeze and then quickly remove the pressure. This can promote blood circulation in the ears, which is beneficial for alleviating tinnitus and reducing brain fatigue.
